Domino's Pizza

My last pizza had no seasoning on the crust, then I order on mobile tonight and the tracker just keeps getting longer and longer for wait time. I only ordered 1 large pizza. Waited over 30 minutes, go inside, and they wanted me to wait 25 more minutes. For a single large pizza. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. From someone who has experience in the food industry - please pause mobile orders if you don't have the capacity to complete them in a reasonable time! It's not fair to employees or customers.

I don't know what they do different at this location, but I'm grateful for it. I hear horror stories about other people's Domino's all the time, but this one always hits for us. The food is always hot when delivered, it's aesthetically pleasing and the staff/ delivery drivers are SO NICE. Props to Miss Cassandra the recent person to deliver to us. She was so personable and sweet. Keep it up Ballenger Domino's! Thanks for being a location we can trust!

This pizza has hardly any cheese on it. I asked for no seasoning it has seasoning on it. It’s overcooked. I called to maybe get a different one. The person who answered the phone was very rude. She said I was being Being disrespect so deal with it yourself that is poor customer service right there. I will never go back to this place again I wasted $10 on my money on this pizza that you can’t even eat. I won’t be complaining to corporate on this one.

Multiple times have I ordered from this store and they continue to give me the wrong order ! I am all for second chances but 3 or 4 is CRAZZYYY. I called multiple times to get my replacement of the cinnamon knots . Which is what we ordered, they said they would remake them and put them in. I gave them an hour before I called back and she said they delivered them to the wrong address. She said they would remake them and get them delivered. Not only did she hang up on me - they never replaced our order. Absolutely horrible do not recommend
